Education and Experience: I Graduated 1981 from San Jose State University with a bachelors degree in engineering. Later I became a General Manager, District Manager, and Co-Owner of entites generating up to 5 million annually from 1982-1995. I was Regional Manager/Financial Consultant, and a Mortgage Consultant from 1995-2001. From 2001 to the Present, I Started as a Real Estate Appraiser and later as a Real Estate Broker focused on selling Real Estate. Among the many classes I have taken are, Real Estate Finance, Economics, Escrow, Property Management, and Legal aspects of Real Estate. I am a Member of The Sacramento Association of Realtors, The California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Team Work is a recipe for success. Our Team consists of experienced Real Estate Brokers, Lenders, and Escrow/Title Officers at your service. My Personal belief is to treat people the way you want to be treated and make a difference in the lives of people you come in contact with as well as the community. Being happily married and the proud father of one daughter, I realize the great importance of family life. I have a strong beleif in being involved with the community.
